SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with One Sixty Mahjong. We carefully prepare each order for shipment and want your experience to be exceptional from the moment you order to the moment your set arrives.

ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

PRESALE ORDERS

Certain One Sixty Mahjong collections, including limited or inaugural releases, may be offered for presale before they are ready to ship.

The estimated shipping timeframe for a presale item will be provided on the product page or at the time of purchase. Presale shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality-control, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant change to the expected shipping timeframe, we will communicate updates using the email address associated with your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at onesixty.com@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfillment process.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. One Sixty Mahjong is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at onesixty.com@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout
