Returns

We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and materials.

To request a return, please contact us at onesixty.com@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your set arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Presale Orders

Certain One Sixty Mahjong collections may be offered for presale before they are ready to ship. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase and may change due to manufacturing, quality-control, freight, or other circumstances.

Presale orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order enters final fulfillment. Once a presale order has entered fulfillment or shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit-card provider.
